This page is just what it says that it is, A dedication Page. This page is dedicated to you guessed it my "Mom and Dad". As you have guessed by now, not only is this page dedicated to my mom and dad, so is the company.
On August 1, 2004 "Pops" had a stroke. It was severe and left him completely paralyzed on his right side, with very limited movement of his left. Dad spent 2 months in the hospitial with 4 weeks of that in the NICU. My sister Lois and her husband and son moved in with mom to help take care of dad. He needed round the clock care. Dad held on until Feb. 5, 2005, when he passed away in his sleep in the early morning hours. I wanted to do something that I knew Dad would be proud of and this is it. I am doing my best to take a company that he and my mother started and keep it going. I like to think that dad would be very proud with what I have done so far. I have recently added a recording device, that allows me to record singers and dowload their songs and burn to discs. I know that Dad would be proud of that. Another thing that I know he is proud of, his grandaughter, my daughter, Alexia. He said she was going to be his "little Reba" and he couldn't have been more right. She loves music almost as much as I do. She has the love for karaoke like the rest of us. Dad was a people person, he would talk to anyone (i know where i get it now) and loved it. Dad I love you, and miss you. I promise I will make this Company something to pass down to Alexia, cause I know that's what you wanted.
Mom is the strongest, and most important person in my life. If it weren't for her none of this would be a reality. Mom is the original singer in the family, everybody else just kind of followed in her footsteps. She is the one that keeps this family going and she does her best to keep everyone in line. Not only is mom the strongest person in this family, she is my best friend. I can tell her anything and she will offer me advice, even if it's not what I want to hear. Mom still helps us with some of the Karaoke shows (as long as they don't interfere with Auction night) and she feels well. Mom I love you and thanks for being the Greatest person in this world. Thank you for making me into the woman I am today.
Love,
Jennifer
